Ok, I rent a 650 sq ft studio, and I'm thinking of ways of to create more space. I want to build a loft that will double as my recording studio and closet - I really don't have any closet space to speak of and one full wall. the sticking point is that there electrical outlet is in the middle of that wall. where do I put the "stairs"? I'd like them to retract when not needed, and I can't use a "vertical" ladder.
